These breezy and nostalgic sketches are in ink and water-colour, using the wash technique created by illustrators of that era. The drawings and paintings are all done by hand in traditional media, and have the spontaneity that comes with long practice and delight in the subject. Lizzie trained as a fashion designer and illustrator at the Royal College of Art in London, and loves costume history.
