Information on returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any full priced items in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. 

Sale items are not eligible for returns. Unwanted items are to be returned by post at the customer’s cost.

Once you have been given a return address please ensure you receive a postage receipt and tracking details from the Post Office. This will act as proof of postage to prove (if required) that the items have been sent. Refunds can only be processed when the goods reach us, and customers are responsible for ensuring this happens. If we do not receive the returned items, your return can’t be processed and a refund won’t be issued.

If making a return, please ensure your proof of purchase (either packing slip or order email) are included with the return.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, and we cannot issue refunds to another payment method.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items without packaging intact, used or not in a saleable condition.
  • Items without proof of purchase – packing slip or order email.
  • Any of our products that have been  bought from other retailers.

 

Damaged items

We are very sorry if your order was damaged in the post upon receipt. We take great pride in the quality of our products and our suppliers work to the very highest standards.

Should you wish to return your order to us within 14 days, please notify us by email before sending it. (mail@lizziehuxtable.com) Please include a snapshot of the damage. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns. We will refund or replace within 14 days of receipt once the cause is verified. Until we receive and agree the damaged goods, no refund or replacement will be issued. Customers must obtain and keep Proof of Postage from the Post Office Counter.

 

Information on refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges

Regrettably we cannot offer exchanges at this moment in time. You can however place a new order and return unwanted items to us within 30 days of receipt.

 

Order amendments

Depending on how quickly you contact us after placing an order, we may be able to edit your contact details, delivery address or cancel items and place a new order for you if required. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.

Returns from the EU

From 1st January 2021, returns from EU countries will be subject to UK VAT (20%) for goods valued at £22 or more and EU customers will now be required to complete customs declarations to import the goods into the UK. In addition, import duty may be payable on goods valued over £135.

 

International returns

Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the UK. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
